Sessions V: Anger Management and Conflict Resolution Skills

Objectives: Participants will be exposed to tips on how to manage anger and conflict resolution skills through the following: 

1.) Understanding anger and the cost/benefits of anger.

2.) Understanding anger triggers and how to manage anger.

3.) Understanding concepts of assertiveness and conflict resolution skills.

4.) Learning coping skills to deescalate anger.
