About the Event

Join Strive Counseling in partnership with Beech Hills Wellness to practice Loving-Kindness (metta) meditation, a heart-centered meditation technique that is practiced by repeating specific words to direct love and compassion to ourselves and others. No prior meditation experience needed. Class can be experienced seated on a yoga mat on a cushion or folded blanket or seated in a chair.

Gillian is based in Tuscaloosa and is the owner of Beech Hills Wellness, a business focused on self-care and wellness. She teaches Grief Yoga and meditation classes, offers herbal medicine consultations and Reiki sessions, all via Zoom.
